Seeking comments on a email of cleaning work out of contract

I would like to seek someone’s comment on the grammar and sentence structure for the following email of filter cleaning out of the contract.

As reported by the contractor, the cleaning filters for all air conditioners at ABC building are excluded from the current contract.

After having conducted an appraisal of the fan coil units at ABC building, they identified 14 air conditioners must be utilized as a safety service platform to perform the maintenance. In particular, two air conditioners require dismantling the barrier of false ceilings before conducting the repair.

In addition, they can only provide services for cleaning the air conditioners and the erection of the service platform. As the demolition of the false ceilings is not their specialty, please seek experts to dismantle and reinstate the ceilings shown in the attached photos. The quotation of filter cleaning is enclosed for the user’s consideration.
