Miss W was verified that she had a fever on 21 Oct 2019. For her health condition, she was not allowed to board a plane according to the statutory requirements. Mrs. C stayed at home to take care of her. It is because Miss. W was three years old.

Therefore, Miss. W and Mrs. C did not board the airplanes (Flight no.ZZ888 & ZZ333) on 21 and 26 Sep 2019.
