Seeking an ESL Job

I'm an Irish-Singaporean who wishes to apply for a teaching position abroad. I have been teaching English for the past five years. I have some years of experience in a number of established companies in Singapore and the Maldives.
I am currently waiting for my results in Teachers of English Speakers of Other Languages (T. E. S. O. L) from London and a certificate in Educational Psychology.
Does anyone know where I can apply without having to first meet the following requirement that I have to be a citizen of the following countries:
Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and U.S.A. ?

A. [/nq] If you are Irish-Singaporean I would assume that you are eligible for Irish citizenship (without having to give up you Singaporean citizenship - at least under Irish law). If you are entitled to Irish citizenship you are also entitled to live in the UK (or any European Union country).
