Respected Sir,
With due respect I Mrs X would like to bring to your kind notice the fact stated in the following few lines:

I have been working as an asst. teacher at school Y, in town Z since DT.07.03.1990. My husband is working in a place, which is very far from my present place of work. My mother in law is suffering from paralysis and is presently under medical treatment in the city of ‘P’. It is not possible for my husband, the only son of her, to look after his old, ailing mother since his place of work is so far away. And nor can I stay with my mother in law at the city of ‘P’ and go to my place of work living my little child with no one to take care of her.

So, as a solution to the aforesaid problem, I feel, if I am transferred to the city P, I can then look after my mother-in-law and my baby as well as attend to my school duties without any mental pressure.

I, therefore, request your good self to kindly consider my case sympathetically and allow my transfer from Z to P earliest for which act of yours I shall remain ever grateful to you
