Hi!
Please help me find and correct any and all mistakes in the following fragments of an entry-level opinion essay:
"Firstly, the maintenance. It is not sufficient to purchase a vehicle to be able to use it. There is a multitude of tasks a driver must regularly perform if they wish to keep their car in a pristine condition, oil management and annual maintenance checks among them. While it takes longer to ride by bus, it is important to consider if the time saved is not subsequently wasted in a petroleum station queue."
"Thirdly, the parking space. Many a time have I witnessed a scene of bedlam ensue after two of my neighbors came into conflict over one. With how bustling our city centers have become, it is inconceivably difficult to find a parking space, be it in the vicinity of our workplace or a supermarket."
"All in all, I think it takes far too much effort to maintain a car to justify doing so over using public transportation."
I apologize for the lengthy task, and thank you very much in advance!
