Seeing your age?

Hi! everyone. I want to know whether it is right to say "seeing your age" in the below sentence? or should I say "observing your age"?
Situation-:I am chatting with a newly added friend who is actually a woman with the age 34 years(Is it right to say "with the age" here?)
and I ask her "seeing your age I reckon you must be doing a job so what do you do Merian (her name)" Is this sentence correct? Can I say "observing your age" instead of "seeing your age?
Thanks!

It is either rude or rather silly to mention age if it is obvious that she is of working age. "
