Seeing as/that you have already ~~, you ~ (clasues of reason)
Seeing as/that you have already done a lot of work on this project, you might as well finish it.
My book says that's a clause of reason.
Is it itself has that meaning?
If it is broke up, is it 'Because I saw that you have already done ~~~, you~~?'
