Which one is better?
Other people, such as Xs or Ys, are not allowed to see the completed questionnaire.

Definitely "see" instead of "get hold of," but I'm not sure how it would read with real nouns instead of "Xs or Ys."

I definitely think that see is better than get hold of although I am not really good at chosing vocabulary...
