See through and look through

Hello...

Are the followings true?

A. “look through someone” means “ignore someone, to look through the person as if he weren't there”

B. “see through someone” is to look beyond the surface presentation, and judge the person, more harshly or more kindly, based on this assessment.

C. “see something through” means to be incharge of something until it is completed.

D. To read through a book means that every portion of the book was examined, but not necessary read - scanning the chapters, reading some sample pages for the style, seeing what range of things is covered.
To read a book through means to carefully read the entire book from beginning to end.
