See + O + ed ?

Is this sentence correct?

'I have seen squid used a lot in the dishes'

'See + objects + verbs in passive voice'? I have never seen this sentence pattern. I think 'see + objects + bare verbs or -verb ing' are correct. I do not know why they say the sentence on TV, but possible now? Thank you and I am going to wait for your reply. Thank you.

'I have seen squid used a lot in the dishes' - It is grammatical. The underlined part is a reduced clause with the past participle.

This one is better in terms of vocabulary and word usage.:
'I have seen squid used a lot in Vietnamese cooking.'

And this one converts the reduced clause to a full clause:
'I have seen
