Hi. Would someone please help me see which would be natural to say?
[1] I like to see it snow.
[2] I like to see it snowing.
[3] I like seeing it snow.
[4] I like seeing it snowing.
What if 'see/seeing' is changed to 'watch/watching'?

I like [to see / to watch / seeing / watching] it [snow / snowing].
Too many -ing words can create some awkwardness, however, so combinations like
I like watching it snowing
are not heard as often.

Logically I think "I like (to see/watch or seeing/watching) it snowing" is more like it, isn't it, because you don't see/watch the whole process of snow falling --- only part of it?

It's debatable whether watching it snow is really watching the whole process!
If it snows from 3pm to 8pm, I can watch only from 4:10 to 4:20. Then, at 4:18, say,

I think we say snow instead of snowing mos
