Are these sentences equally natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

See, if your plans accomodate with mine, we can go to Egypt together.

See, if your plans coincide with mine, we can go to Egypt together.

See, if your plans synchronize with mine, we can go to Egypt together.

"Accomodate" is transitive, and doesn't work here. It needs an object. "Your plans do not accomodate my plans."

The others are okay. "coincide" is intransitive, and "synchronize" may be either.
I'd probably say, "See if your plans and my plans synchronize," or "can be synchronized."
("synchronize with" is fine)
