I dont understand how this can be used:

I see her this Saturday and Sunday. Shouldn't it be:

I will see her this Saturday and Sunday. Since it's in the future?

Why can't I say:

Sarah suggested to see a movie after work? Instead of seeing.

Sarah suggested to see... is ungrammatical (and it doesn't tell you who).

You can say

Sarah suggested that we see a movie after work.
Sarah wanted to see a movie after work.
Sarah suggested seeing a movie after work.
Sarah's suggestion was to see a movie after work.
