sectoral and sectorial

Hello,

I am confused about

sectoral and sectorial

even AFTER looking at the dictionary.

What is the difference?

Thanks.

They are apparently identical in meaning, meaning: of or like a sector. Sectoral seems to be the one most used, for example, in science and mathematics. It's shorter and easier to pronounce.
