Sector/ Section - what's the difference?

I received a form today which asked me to "complete ALL sectors of the form". I would have written "complete all sections of the form". Is one more correct than the other? What's the difference between a "sector" and a "section"?

[nq:1]I hereby move that we expand the definition of "sector" to include "one who introduces a schism in order to create a sect". We could then establish a club, a trade journal and maybe even sell the film rights.[/nq]
Do you think we could get him sectioned?

This is dangerously close to my appeal for a chaplaincy service. Maybe our chaplain could be called "Usage Sector".
