What the other term that can be used besides "in this section" and "throughout this section"? Thanks a lot..

What is the purpose of this sentence; that is, why do you want another term? If you're just repeating the same idea, then changing the word is simply hiding a problem. You should be able to clearly state the purpose of your essay or work so that the reader understands that, yes, you are going to write about a certain topic, and yes, the following blocks of text are about the topic you want to talk about.
