Is it possible for the second subordinated verb in the same clause be in a form that is not an infinitive, gerund, or participle?

I am studying the catenative and causative verbs and on the wikipedia page for catenative I read this: "...catenative verbs are http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verbs which can be followed within the same clause by another verb." The phrase "within the same clause by another verb" made me think, "so is it possible
