Second Opinion on Grammar Quiz

Hello,

First of all, many thanks to Clive for answering some of my questions the other day (they were anonymously posted). The following is a grammar quiz I've been working on for a while, and although I think I have most of the answers right, I would really appreciate a second opinion. There are also two questions (8 and 9 specifically) which I'm not completely sure about.

Thanks for your help, everyone-- I apologize if I came across as impatient, and I really do appreciate you all taking the time to look over this!

As for the instructions, the quiz says that you're supposed to select the correct variations of the original sentence, which both of you figured out. Each question can have more than one answer.
