Here it is used in the meaning of 'life after retirement',
'old-age life' or something like that.
"Let's enjoy our second life."
Is it used in that way in English?

In America, we'd say "our golden years."

I don't ever hear "second life" (or "golden years") in British English. I think we just say "retirement".
