0 If English is the only foreign language you are learning, you can say, "I am a student of English". If you are learning more than one foreign language, you can say, " I am a student of foreign languages". 0-

0 First, I would not refer to yourself as 01b00"only"02b00 anything. learning another language is extremely difficult, and you should be proud of that. 02br

0 Hello Jacklong 02br

00I think you can use 'foreign language' as long as you stay in your country. You can use 'I'm learning a foreign language' to mean you are learning English. 'Foreign languages' itself is not so inadequate an expression as seen in the fact that 'TOEFL' stands for 'Tests of English as a Foreign Language'. I feel 'English as a Second Language' (=ESL)

00A little point about your signature. 02br

00It should be '*** helps those who help themselves'. 02br

00(At the moment it is a little bit funny to me - '*** help ....' has a different meaning to the one you intend!) 0-
