Hello.
Please help me.
Is my sentence grammatically correct?
If i was seriously stressed I would just say about it.

While we can "talk about it" and "ask about it", we do not "say about it", at least not in good English. You can say this: If I was seriously stressed I would just say so. If I was seriously stressed I would talk about it.

If I was seriously stressed I would just say so.
If I was seriously stressed I would talk about it.
