Would I say: please do not move the table frpm the sitting or seating arrangement?

Probably the latter but it depends on the context. Why not just say this? Please do not move the table away from the chairs.

If you are talking about a situation where place cards are used to show guests where to sit,

Please do not change the seating arrangement.

(Not sitting arrangement.)
