Question: When someone says to you "Season's Greetings," what would be the appropriate way to answer?

A. Season's greetings to you too. (?)

B. Same to you (?)

This greeting seems to be out of date and I am not familiar with ways to answer when someone says it. Please provide me with ways to answer this. Thanks in advance.
