seashore harbour?

how would you say a harbour at the seashore with seashore in front as an adjective?

seashore harbour
shore harbour
seaside harbour

please let me know, I've confronted the difficulty of finding the answer to this question several times. I'm eager to know the correct way of putting it

"Coastal" means "on the sea". It could be a lake harbor. It could be something like Scapa Flow, where a cluster of islands serve as a breakwater.

It would have to be a very sizeable lake to have a harbor, which by definition must accommodate ships. But, I agree with enoon, CJ, there could be such a thing as a lakeside habor, for example, on the U.S. Great Lakes.
