Can I say,

(a) He scribbled the table / on the table.

(b) He scribbled something on the table.

(c) He scribbled with coloured pencils on the table.

(d) He scribbled all over the table.

Vincent TeoCan I say,

(a) He scribbled the table / on the table.

(b) He scribbled something on the table.

(c) He scribbled with coloured pencils on the table.

(d) He scribbled all over the table.

All of these mean he wrote ON the table surface itself, not on paper while he sat at the table.
