Screen Savers for the seriously nerdy or twisted.

Admit it, the problem with writers of social theory is not there convoluted and impenetrable texts, or their want of connection to that which is at the front of most people's minds.
It's the lack of fun and entrepreneurship that goes with being critical of all things assumed right?
Well here's the site for you.
According to the site below:
"The Theory.org.uk Trading Cards are a pack of 28 cards featuring theorists and concepts close to the hearts of people interested in social and cultural theory, gender and identity, and media studies."

You can collect all your favourite cards from some of the most opaque writers known to western civilisation (not that I mean to adopt the western swagger) Foucault, Giddens, Lacan, Butler, de Beauvoir ...

Want to get your kids not only developing their fine motor but their fine reasoning skills? Why not sample the Anthony Giddens or Judith Butler Lego set?
http://www.theory.org.uk/lego.htm
You can see Giddens in his study or Foucault in his Panoptic S&M dungeon! The kiddies will throw themselves out of the windows to get these! (All care taken but no responsibility accepted!) Butler's come thoughtfully accessorised with a range of gender inclusive hairpieces.

Hailing you as the Subject even Now (but without intent of course)

How come Derrida doesn't get a card? Maybe it's in the foil pack?
