Scream and Shout

Learning to accept

that words can be so meaningless-

You spat them out when my eyes showed no doubt

they captured my soul, so I reached out and grasped

the hand that lead, left me at the dead end

and these tears painted my face

until my eyes learned to accept

Your facade: a tool

so obvious, and untrue

tried and scored,

and you thought it was out the door,

yet my face paints your dreams,

mirrored future of what could be.

Nothing left, but to yell and scream

"Hey, I am here, can't you see I am here, stop with this obnoxious silence...won't you put me in my place now, now that I have surfaced...why won't you respond..dammit..tell me my wrongs..."

Yea, SCREAM and SHOUT

when your facade fades out

SCREAM and SHOUT

when your world is full of doubts

Beg for mercy...how funny it is

to see you beg for mercy

hiding behind your tinted sunglasses

armored, twenty-four/seven

you pathetic coward.
