scrappiness

I am not sure about the meaning of "scrappiness" in this sentence:
"Our core values are still being revised, but some form of “scrappiness” will absolutely, 100% be one of them"

I came across it while reading this article: https://www.groovehq.com/blog/startup-biggest-hiring-fails

Our core values are still being revised, but some form of “scrappiness” will absolutely, 100% be one of them
