scrambled egg vs. scrambled eggs

As in the topic - which one should be used? Or maybe they're both correct...

For instance, if I would like to offer somebody the scrambled egg(s), how should I ask:
Would you like some scrambled egg?
or Would you like some scrambled eggs?

According to the SuperMemo, the only correct way is the singular form.

This is the printscreen of the question:

Could someone please write whether the only correct form is the singular form any why? I'd be greatful.

I see little use in scrambling only one egg. I had scrambled eggs this morning (with salsa, cheese, ground beef and tortillas). Delicious!

I'd discard SuperMemo. It's very old and has mistakes.

I fix my baby a scrambled egg for breakfast. (One egg is just right for a baby.)
I fix my family scrambled eggs for breakfast. (One egg will not do for four people!)

They like scrambled eggs.
I order scrambled eggs in the restaurant. The waiter would look at me very strangely if I asked for a scrambled egg.

Both forms are fine in BrE. Note that 'scrambled egg' can be regarded as singular or uncountable:

I had a scrambled egg on toast. Singular - one egg.
I has scrambled egg on toast. Uncountable - number of eggs unknown.
I had scrambled eggs on toast. Plural - more than one egg.

fivejedjonI had a scrambled egg on toast. Singular - one egg.
That makes perfect sense. I think I would say I scrambled an egg for breakfast.
