Are there any softwares that teaches general Scottish English accent?

Hi As a native English speaker, I would find it really difficult to learn a Scottish accent and, out of respect to them, I don't think I'd try. But it's good to have some understanding. You have to bear in mind that the accent can be quite different in different parts of Scotland You can google it, of course.
