Score (Of) 10-10

Let's say I am talking about (American) football:

"The first half ended with a score 10-10."
"The first half ended with a score of 10-10."
"The first half ended with the score 10-10."
"The first half ended with the score of 10-10."

Which are grammatically correct?

Hi,
These sound more idiomatic when speaking of a tie score:
The first half ended in a ten-draw all.
The score at halftime was 10-10.
The score was 10-10 at the half.
At halftime, the score stood at ten all.

"There is a lot of activity in the city London/"
"There is a lot of activity in London."
