Scientific Practical Project-related Report

Hello,

I have two questions to this expression which is intended to be a heading.

Is the hyphen in "practical project-related report" on the right place, or may be two hyphens are required: "practical-project-related report"?

Which words should start with capital letters? As I know, only nouns are capitalised.

Thank you.
