scientific journal - article

Hi everybody,
I am having troubles in replying to a formal email about the possibility to publish a work I submitted to a scientific journal.
Here is the email I received:

' [...]Your article is almost ready to send to the publishers for type
setting. Could you confirm your institutional affiliation, and also
supply a mailing address?
Many thanks'

Could please please check whether there are errors, if the tone is appropriate to the circumstances and/or how I can I improve it?

Dear XXX,
Thank you for your message.
I confirm my affiliation to the Centre XXXXX as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow.
Please find below my mailing address:

XXXX
YYY
Z

When do you think the article will be available?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Warm regards,
dd

Hello, diotima, I can find nothing wrong with your email in response. It is fine grammatically and in tone.
