Science Terms vs Scientific Terms, Science words vs Scientific words

Title: Science Terms Made Easy: A Lexicon of Scientific Words and Their Root Language Originshttps://books.google.com/books/about/Science_Terms_Made_Easy.html?id=ERClzgEACAAJ I know it's a title of the book.I am confused between science used attributively and its adjective form scientific as used in the above.Why can't we say "Scientific Terms Made Easy?Why didn't they use "science words" instead of "scientific words" in the above?
