Please tell me is this sentence grammatically correct ?

MY SCHOOL'S NAME IS GREENVALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL.

Or the correct sentence is......

THE NAME OF MY SCHOOL IS GREEN VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL.
