Hi. Could someone tell me if there is any meanning to "School Up"??? I've been looking all over to see if there's any but no luck yet. Which might of mean nothing. Doesn't mean a thing???

School of fish = gathered uped fish so it could be gathered up?

Yes, a group of fish gathering into a mass could be said to be schooling up:
