School Admission : Temporary relocation wish to join same school

Please suggest the formmating of the letter. I have moved to geneva for 1 year and would like to continue my daughter (who is currently staying with me) in the same school once I go back to India. SO she would skip the next class in Indian school. but join the same class in Geneva and continue the next class once she is back to home(india).

TO,

The Principal,

Christ Church School,

Pune.

Respected Sir,

With due respect and humble request I Yashawant, father of Kanu who was studying in L.K.G. (2010-2011) writing this letter to notify that I have moved to Geneva for Official project for one year. Kanu would not be able to join the school for the next year (2011-2012 class U.K.G).

I would seek addmission of my daughter in British School of Geneva for Class 1. I would humbly request you to kindly grant him permission to continue her studies in your school once we are back to Pune.

I would pay her fees for the next year.

Sincerely Yours,

Yashawant
