Scholarship letter

I am trying to write a letter for scholarship which should be focus on my professional project. Could somebody please check my letter?



I graduated as an Electronic Engineer in (My country) in December of 2005, after graduating I specially looked for a job where I could learn and work with people from different cultures, this is why I chose to work in a Chinese company: (name) I worked there as an engineer and later as a supervisor. In August of 2007 I received an offer from XXX where I currently work as a project engineer in projects with important corporations of different countries.

XXX is a public corporation that promotes the creation of multinational enterprises in (my country) by the association between Estate and international companies with the objective of developing different industries in the country, for example we have business with China, India, Brazil, Argentina and others. Currently I am assigned to work in a project to build a new mobile phone factory in association with a big Chinese company, for this I have received training on management and technical areas in .

Working on these projects I have obtained and developed knowledge on important aspects of the behaviour of a large number of companies of different industries and I have decided to keep on going, aware of the necessity of preparing myself the best I can and achieve what I desire the most: not only to be a good engineer, but also to go beyond technocratic standards and develop into a critic and dynamic leader on international business.



On the future I would like to continue working on the area I am developing now in XXX, but on a higher level; work on new business opportunities with world-wide recognized companies and be prepared to successfully operate modern business enterprises in my country. This goal requires getting the best education I can possibly obtain.



I expect that my MIB leads me to be in a position of maximum professional value, where I can continue working on the development of my country and become a business leader, be part of the team of managers that are doing business and research of the companies to do business with. I would especially like to do business with emerging economies in Asia, such as India and .



These ambitions in making any difference rely on obtaining the best possible training, the possibility of combining the practice with an institution of the magnitude of the Univ. opens the biggest opportunity to really completing a successful program. Univ. enjoys an incredible reputation for being one of the best educational institutions of the management and business fields, and it will be more than helpful for me to belong to such a superior academic environment.



Since I am working I have been saving money for my MIB, now I have the money to pay for tuition fees, but it will not be enough for living expenses, so I will need a scholarship like yours to be able to successfully finish my MIB.
