Scholarship appeal

I recently lost my scholarship. I was to appeal it but this will be the second time of appeal it since I was given back my scholarship the first time. I had 2 uncles that died back to back this last semester. Was really depressing. I was suppose to maintain a 3.5 gpa and I made 3.47 gpa. Should I still appeal for the scholarshp

If there are no conditions, and no monetary cost, what is the harm in appealing? What do you have to lose? Why should you even bother asking the question?
