Scheduled an appointment for today?

Hi I am confused about some expressions of that I scheduled an appointment for today. 1) I have an appointment scheduled today 2) I had an appointment scheduled (for) today. 3) I have had an appointment scheduled (for) today. 4. I have had an appointment been scheduled (for) today. So what could be the properest way to make this expression? Are there any differences? Thank you

The other sentences are fine, but you might use them in different situations.
