Scenerio of asking cartoon character name!?

What should I say when I and my son encounter a group of cartoon character like Power rangers team in a shopping mall?

Then a person should say " What is their name?" or "What are their name?"

Well can I say "What is their name" refer to the whole team name as an individual "Power Rangers"

But when I say "What are their names" refer to each of their member name like "Red Power Ranger, Blue Power Ranger .... etc. "

Also name is a countable or uncountable noun? I guess it is an uncountable noun from what I remember, but please do correct me if I am wrong or it has been c
