scales

Hi,

25%, 50%, 75% - scales of the original size

This sentence (in bold) is taken from a user's guide. (It is about a certain scalable window in the program's gui)

What do you think of using "scales" in this context?
Is the noun "scale" the right term here?
In general, is the entire sentence ok?
If it is not, could you please rewrite this sentence for me?

Thank you!

I suppose those three are the only ones available. I would just say that they are percentages of the original size. The word "scales" would not have come to mind.
