Are the following sentences Okay to use?

Lynn's favorite fruit is bananas.

Lynn's favorite vegetable is corn.

Lynn's favorite vegetable is carrots.

Lynn's favorite food is hamburgers.

Lynn's favorite food is noodles.

Lynn's favorite food is spaghetti.

Lynn's favorite food is chow mein.

Lynn's favorite meat is lamb/fish/beef/chicken.

Lynn's favorite animal is elephants.

Re: the sentence pattern - sb's favorite sth is... Is it true that the the subject complement such as banana or carrot should be in plural if it is a countable noun.

Why not "Lynn's favorite food is a noodle"?

I'd like to add two more examples.

Lynn's favorite soda is cola.
