Saying someone's height

What is the correct way of saying someone's height?

1.60 metres tall

A - one point sixty metres tall
or
B - one point six metres tall

1.75 metres tall

A - one point seventy-five metres tall
or
B - one point seven five metres tall

I usually just say out the numbers individually after the decimal, e.g., "one point six" and "one point seven five". Otherwise, when I see 1.7450, I will have to say it as "one point seven thousand four hundred fifty"!

A side note: Since we are talking about height, I think it interesting to add that the Dutch people, on average, are the tallest in the world. The average Dutchman stands
