My daughter is doing a report for school and would like to know how to say hello in Egyptian. Is the language of Egypt Arabic?

Hi, Yes, it's commonly called Egypian Arabic. Or if you go here, you can translate 'hello' into traditional hieroglyphics. mv I don't know how to pronounce them.

The language of Egypt is a distinctly Egyptian form of Arabic.
It's not certain to me whether there is a term for "Hello". The Egyptians may, in fact, simply say "Good morning", "Good afternoon", or "Good evening".
