Say like this?

Could you just tell me if the sentence is natural to native English speakers?

"Can I say like this, " You are great".

I think that in the sentence "like this" is not needed but it is okay to say "Do not say it like this or like that" in some context.

So my question is that it is natural to put "like this" in the first sentence? Or just "Can I say, "You are great" is fine enough?
