Are these sentences correct please? If not why?

One question about your sentence: Is the following wrong? Is there any difference please?

You need the base/infinitive form of the verb there.

OK, so why didn't you use it?

For example: I never h

I just think of one reason why you said "say" and not "to say", nor "says".

I think we have two choices:

1- I never hear anyone saying this.

2- I never hear anyone say this.


The former to mean you will (not) be at the process or middle

And "hear" is not like "make", "let" and "help" in functioning.
