Can I say,

(a) When she saw the situation (in the class), she was very annoyed. She punished all the class severely.

(b) When she saw the situation happened / that happened (in the class), she was annnoyed.

(c) When she saw the situation, she went into the class with annoy / in annoyed.

(d) When she saw the situation, she felt annoyed about the pupils' wrong-doings.

(e) When the situation in the class was bad / serious, she felt annoyed.
