Can I say,

(a) He is saving money in / into the bank.

(b) He is withdrawing money in /out of the / from the bank.

Can I say,

(a) He is saving money in / into the bank. I think you may mean 'depositing in'.

(b) He is withdrawing money in /out of the / from the bank.

These are better:

He is depositing money into his bank account. (You can also have a savings account, checking account, brokerage account, etc. )

He is withdrawing money from his bank account.
