Saturday vs Saturday's

Which is correct: Farmer's Market Saturdays or Farmer's Market Saturday's if the event is ongoing?

Could you show the whole sentence? It won't be "Saturday's" because we don't form plural forms (for regular words) with a 's. But without context, I'm not sure what to suggest.
